Refund Policy
Digital credits are delivered instantly, so consumed credits are non-refundable. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the redeem code has not been used, and duplicate charges are always refunded in full. Refunded codes are voided. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days by Waffo Pancake (Merchant of Record). For details see the Terms of Service (Section 7) or emailhello@santaphotoai.com.
Why One-Time Instead of a Subscription
Christmas photos are a once-a-year moment. You should not carry a subscription for the other eleven months. Every paid option here is a single purchase — you get your HD card photo, we get a happy customer who comes back next December. Payments are processed by a secure checkout (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay).
